Counselling Options

We offer several options for our, person-centred, counselling sessions. Counselling takes many different forms and during a no obligation, 20 minute assessment call,  we will try to gauge whether our kind of counselling is the right fit for you. If you are new to counselling you will no doubt want to ask about the differences between counselling sessions and how these work.  All sessions last one hour.

Should we be unable to accommodate your needs we will happily refer you on to a counsellor we feel better suited to offer you the correct support.

Face to Face Counselling

The more traditional Face to Face counselling sessions take place in our Pod. An hours consult in a quiet, calming and private space. Sessions are held in complete confidentiality and tailored to your counselling needs.

Telephone Counselling

Telephone counselling is super convenient because you can be anywhere you feel comfortable (please ensure you have good phone signal). It is done via phone call with an experienced and fully trained counsellor. Sessions are held in complete confidentiality and tailored to your counselling needs.

Video Link

Online counselling, much like telephone counselling, is also very convenient because you can be in the comfort of your own home which saves you time and puts you at ease. It is done via video link with an experienced and fully trained counsellor. Sessions are held in complete confidentiality and tailored to your counselling needs with end to end encryption ensuring total safety.

Walk and Talk

Walk and Talk sessions are an option after the therapeutic relationship has been established and takes place in a mutually agreed venue. If you would like to discuss this option further please contact us.

Sessions can be secured by payment of a £10 deposit at the time of booking. The remainder to be paid before your arrival on the day of your appointment. Please enquire for details.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur the full session cost.
